Ginza Grand Hotel enjoys a convenient location near Shimbashi station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. Guests appreciate the complimentary refreshments available, including coffees and juices, along with various freebies at the front desk. Some guests have noted that the hotel's decor appears somewhat dated. However, the rainfall showers have been a highlight for many, and the Ginza location puts you close to shopping, restaurants, and bars.

useful location many meal options obliging staff small elevators worn room dim atmosphere
the location proved useful i could easily access various parts of the city through the train station a short walk away a convenience store within the building offered many meal options the staff were very obliging even when faced with language barriers
the elevators seemed small the room looked worn the bathroom took up a large portion of the space this made storing luggage difficult the lighting did not sufficiently illuminate the room creating a dim atmosphere

The location is fantastic, close to shimbashi station, so getting around was easy! i found a cable with multiple ports for charging. It was a nice surprise. there's a convenience store right at the entrance, super handy. the beds were really comfortable, and fresh towels arrived daily.
The pillows weren't my favorite. I wanted softer ones, but they didn't have any available.
